Read on for more about where the night will take you.

7pm

Meet in the bar

First up is fried chicken ribs coated in a golden BBQ sauce, paired with Sierra Nevada Wild Little Thing and accompanied with a tour of the offset BBQ.

Tasting Note - This slightly sour Wild Little Thing has just the right smack of tartness for serious refreshment, while guava, hibiscus and strawberry lend fruity-sweet depth and a bright pop of colour.

7:30pm

Venture up to the French Quarter, our private dining room, for smoked burnt ends with a jalapeno BBQ glaze, paired with Wanderland Nectarine Ale.

Tasting Note - Take it all in with an aroma of just-picked fruit, bold hop flavour, and a bright burst of nectarine.

A cheeky little palate cleanser with Hazy Little Thing to ease you into the main course. Juicy hops and silky malt meet in a Hazy Little Thing with fruit-forward flavour, modest bitterness, and a smooth finish.

8:10pm

Mains will be served by Kyle as he discusses all things smoked meat. You can sit back and sink your teeth into Le Bon Ton smoked brisket and our house made pork andouille sausage accompanied by Sierra Nevada soaked BBQ onions, extra cheesy mac and cheese topped with corn chip crumb and Carolina-style slaw. Your BBQ feast will be washed down with Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale, the flagship beer, and Dankful West Coast IPA.

Tasting Notes - Pale Ale - Fragrant bouquet and spicy flavour are the results of the generous use of the best Cascade hops.

Dankful West Coast IPA - Dankful IPA, a hop-forward West Coast IPA that supports non-profits working in our communities. Piney and resinous with a tropic hop aroma. Good but balanced bitterness.

9:00pm

End the night in true style with our House made Dark chocolate tart with fresh Chantilly cream paired with Sierra Nevada Narwhal Russian Imperial Stout.

Tasting Note - Rich with notes of espresso, baker’s cocoa, roasted grain and a light hint of smoke, Narwhal brims with malt complexity. Aggressive but refined with a velvety smooth body and decadent finish
