Henry Sugar presents a five-course vegetarian tasting menu in collaboration with Boatrocker. The menu will combine flavours and ingredients to celebrate the complex profiles of the specially selected Boatrocker brews. With one of the largest barrel-ageing facilities in Australia, you can expect to taste some truly magnificent gems in both food and drink.
