On Monday, Pink Boots Society has scheduled an awesome day of program including a now sold-out sensory session, a panel discussion about building a career in beer, and a discussion about the challenges and solutions involved in managing a family while working in the alcohol industry

Tuesday kicks off with a sensory session from Yakima Chief Hops and Cryer Malt, followed by two sessions that focus on workplace issues across all hospitality. First is recruiting and retaining staff (a hot issue right now during COVID), followed by a panel about managing a healthy and happy diverse workforce

Wednesday covers how to market your independence effectively in marketing, a discussion on trademarks, followed by a presentation about maintaining brand authenticity during periods of growth. 

Thursday starts with a panel regardingpackaged quality in modern beer. Then it's back to the hop fields for a look at hop contracting. The Independent Brewers Association GM, Kylie Lethbridge will present a panel about engaging with government, which is followed a general IBA update

Finally we end the week with a great panel on launching a brewery. It'll cover a host of topics, and will be hosted by James Smith of The Crafty Pint.
