Thinking of starting a brewery? Then this event is for you!

Hear all the tricks from an experienced brewer who built a brewery business from scratch. You'll learn how the brewery was built and gain a really good understanding of the steps involved in starting a similar business.

As part of the evening you'll get to see many case studies of other breweries of many types, including inner city and regional breweries, restaurant/cafe breweries and small production breweries. The presentation is by Zac of Inner North Brewing, as well as Simon from Grain and Grape, who has supplied complete systems and brewing expertise for over 40 (was 30 a short while ago!) commercial breweries all around Australia and the Pacific.

There will be plenty of time to ask lots of questions including equipment/technical, town planning, funding, legal and marketing and more.
