Four Fix-Sake!

For four years Fixation and Fancy Hanks have gotten together to create one-off amazing collaborative dinners; featuring other great breweries from across Australia and the globe. This year we are bringing it back to basics with Fixation taking the reins on all the beers this year.

For our annual Fixation dinner, we wanted to spice up the menu with pan-asian inspiration to get your mouth watering and an IPA focused spread, showcasing some of the best brews coming out of this Collingwood local. Head into the belly of the beast for an evening of great food that will make you work up a sweat.
