When all of your BEER, MEAT & CHEESE dreams come true! The Terminus will be hosting a dinner journey celebrating meat, beer & cheese in The Dining Room.

Explore the differences between dry-aged and fresh meat, grass-fed vs. grain-fed. All perfectly paired with Melbourne's finest craft beers and hosted by the brewing legends from Boatrocker, Deeds, Future Mountain & Hop Nation breweries.

A fromage master will also be on hand to walk you through a guided cheese pairing.
